Lagos State University of Science and Technology admission requirements
To be eligible for admission into Lagos State University of Science and Technology, candidates must have at least five Credits in relevant O’ Level subjects, including English Language and Mathematics.
Candidates must also sit for and pass the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME). Direct entry candidates must have at least two A’ Level passes in relevant subjects.
Admission is granted based on merit and space availability. It is compulsory to show proof of certificate which will include: Passport photocopy, National Identity Card photocopy, Birth Certificate photocopy, Senior Secondary School Leaving Certificate and JAMB Result Slip with UTME mark sheet.

Lagos State University of Science and Technology (LASUSTECH) Admission Requirements
General Admission Requirements for Lagos State University of Science and Technology Undergraduate Programmes
Admission will be open to all, irrespective of race, tribe, religion, sex or political leanings. For the take-off of the new university, candidates are to be admitted strictly to the 100-Level of the 33 identified programmes in Tables A-E, through the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME).
For admission to 100-Level through the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME), candidates should:
Obtain at least five (5) credit passes at Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination (SSSCE) or equivalent in relevant subjects including the English Language in not more than two sittings;
Score a minimum of points in UTME specified by the University to JAMB.
Pass the Post-UTME organised by the University.
